| DE Zum Anlass der großen Eröffnungsausstellung der Saison 2014 verbindet das ikob Windungen und Furchen und wird zu einem Ort zusammengeführter Lichtspiegelungen, einem Flechtwerk aus scheinbar unvereinbaren Räumen und imaginären Welten.In den Werken von 17 Künstlern nimmt Fata Morgana den gegenwärtigen Raum und dessen aktuelle Zersplitterung unter die Lupe und bietet dem Besucher die Möglichkeit, sich durch das Erleben des Raumes andere Orte und Wahrnehmungen der Realität zu erschließen.

| FR Pour son exposition inaugurale ouvrant la saison 2014, l’ikob combine les diffractions et les écarts et devient le lieu d’une combinaison de mirages, un entrelacs d’espaces et d’imaginaires a priori incompatibles. Placées sous le signe de Fata Morgana, les œuvres de 17 artistes exhortent le public à venir faire l’expérience de l’ouverture du lieu à d’autres visions du réel.

| EN On the occasion of its inaugural exhibition which opens the season 2014, the ikob combines gaps and diffractions and turns into a place of joined mirages, an interlacing of seemingly incompatible spaces and imaginations. Based on the observation of the current fragmentation of contemporary space, Fata Morgana urges the visitor to experience the place’s opening up to other spaces and visions of reality through the work of 17 artists.
